Hello, I have over 7 years of experience working with children in various settings. I have my Early Childhood Development Diploma and Child Development Supervisor Certificate from Lethbridge college. I speak 3 languages and love learning about other cultures. I have a passion for working with children and teaching them through play. I am also a mother of 2 girls ages 9 and 15. I love to go camping with my family during the summer.

Hello, I am a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator, having studied at Bow Valley College.
I have 6 years of experience working with children in different settings. I had supervisor experience before I put on Director hat. I speak English, Punjabi and Hindi and love learning about other cultures. I believe in teaching children through play; I am very passionate with what I do everyday with little human beings!
I love music, long drives, mountains, eating food, and watching Netflix. My favourite food is Indian and Italian food.
I am a family-oriented person and I love my family and friends.
One thing you should know about me is that I am scared of dogs!

Ahlan Wa Sahln :) I hold a certification as an Early Childhood Educator from Alberta, as well as a Montessori Diploma from MMI London. Over the past 6 years, I have had the privilege of working as an educator in various educational settings from the exotic lands of Egypt and dazzling Dubai, I've seen it all - from teaching beneath the Egyptian pyramids to inspiring young minds amid the towering skyscrapers of the UAE. As an educator, I've had the privilege of imparting knowledge and curiosity in students from different corners of the world. When I'm not shaping the young minds of tomorrow, I'm a mother of two little princesses, seeking new adventures and embracing diverse cultures. The world is my playground, and I'm thrilled to share my experiences with your children. At Little Daisies Academy my mission is to create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment

Hi ! I ‘m Karamjeet , one of the educators at Daisies Academy.
I have over 5 years of experience working with children of different age groups. I have my Early Childhood Education Diploma from CEGEP de la Gaspesie Montreal Campus. I have my Bachelor of Arts, B.Ed , Masters in English Literature from Guru Nanak Dev University Punjab(India). I speak 2 languages English and Punjabi. I love working with Children.
I moved to Calgary in May 2023 and started working with Daisies. Prior to that, me and my husband were living in Fredericton (New Brunswick) . I worked with 18-24 months old age group for almost 4 years over there. I love Cooking and Listening to Punjabi music. Sidhu Moosewala is my favourite singer . My day is incomplete without listening to his songs. I love Indian food and Indian traditional clothes.

Hi, I’m Cassidy! I am a Level 2 Early Childhood Educator, currently taking my Level 3 and I’m so excited to be at Daisies, after being a stay at home mom for the last 8 years! I received my Early Learning and Childcare Certificate from Medicine Hat College, in 2012. Before being a stay at home mom, I was an educator at a preschool in Medicine Hat for about 3 years.
I am a mother of 7, ages 19-3, 5 boys and 2 girls! I love being outside, especially in fall, my favorite time of the year! Hiking, exploring, swimming, camping, and traveling are some of my favorite activities. Other things I enjoy are astrology, crystals, yoga, meditation, and being creative/artistic. I have lived in Canada, the United States and England, and I have also traveled to Mexico, France and Scotland! I consider Medicine Hat to be home, but I have lived in the Calgary area for about 7 years, and love all the parks and outdoor areas there are to explore!

The Daisies Academy is unique because the team treats one another as a family; I enjoy working here to sharing love, caring for our children, and meeting the parent's needs.

Hello, My name is Sheetal Khalid Rafiq, and I've always held a deep-seated passion for early childhood education. In January 2023, I embarked on a transformative journey when I began volunteering at Daisies Academy. This opportunity was more than just a role; it was a significant milestone in my practicum for the Early Learning and Childcare Certification. My commitment, combined with my fervor for nurturing young minds, paved the way for my subsequent position as an ECE Level 1 educator at the academy.
It's always been a dream of mine to work with children. Their curiosity, innocence, and boundless energy resonate with my soul, motivating me to give my best every single day. Outside the confines of my profession my hobbies, I find solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. I cherish every moment I spend with my family, as these are the memories that remain etched in one's heart. Cooking allows me to express my creativity and love for others, while gardening connects me to nature, grounding me in the process. Cleaning, though seemingly mundane, gives me a sense of order and accomplishment.
Above all, my profession is not just a job to me; it's a lifelong learning journey. The world of early childhood education is vast and ever-evolving, and I have an unwavering passion for deepening my knowledge and improving my skills in this field.

Hello, I'm Emily. I am an educator with a background in teaching in both China and Calgary. While I hold a teacher certificate from China and I am in the process of advancing my Early Childhood Education certification in Alberta. I have worked with students of varying ages and backgrounds. I've been privileged to witness their growth and development, and I'm deeply grateful for the opportunities I've had to make a positive impact. In my spare time, I find solace in simple joys, particularly in music and reading. I'm delighted to be a part of the Daisies Family.
